Life Continues

The random day-to-day rantings and journalings of a modern woman (I wish) who is trying to juggle wifehood, the wish for motherhood and a career.

I'm working out how to post photos. This is one of my favorite wedding photos. It was just after the church service and we'd gone to see a house-bound friend. Her husband was like - hey I had a cool idea for wedding photos, and told us about using the forklift. So he got it out, and we hoped on and went up and up and up and up - twas a tad scary.

My dress was a silver dupion silk (not sure how to spell dupion, but that makes sense in my head). My really good friend made it, along with her daughters flowergirls dress, which was the same material and color. I borrowed a friend's veil, and wore old black strappy sandels. My something blue were the earrings!

Anyway - it's nice to think about happy things of the past - so I'll keep this post just happy.
